Syntricate Technologies is looking for a Workday Data Migration Analyst. The role involves experience with Workday HCM and Finance, focusing on data migration and mapping data from Workday to other systems.
Responsibilities:
• Experience with Workday HCM (preferably)
• Finance Understanding & experience in data migration
• Experience in extracting data e.g., Employee master, Position, Role, Training, Appraisal & Performance
• Experience in data migration including mapping data from Worksoft-HCM, Finance to Oracle HCM, Finance
• Preferred experience in uploading mapped data to other systems from Workday
• Knowledge of configuration, reporting and integration
• Expertise in query and reporting
• Experience with preparation and leading system, integration and user acceptance testing
