Workover Foreman Job Responsibilities
- Managing the set up and take down of rig
- Knowledgeable how to set and release down hole tools
- Run Tally and write daily workover reports
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of the rigs
- Adherence to safety practices
- Management of the day-to-day activities
- Adherence to environmental and other government laws and policies
- Conducting prep work prior to rig set up
- Handling personnel issues

- Review financial and operating performance with Executive Management on a perpetual basis and provide recommendations for increases in efficiency and organizational changes

Workover Foreman Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of Rig Management experience
- 10+ years of experience managing and operating workover rigs
- 10+ years of Oilfield experience
- CDL Class A or B
