  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with business leaders to translate operational and strategic requirements into technical solutions.
  • Data Integrity: Oversee cross-system data integration to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a "single source of truth".
  • AI & Automation: Lead AI and automation initiatives, identifying use cases and implementing tools to streamline workflows and surface actionable insights.
  • Integration Management: Manage technical connections between Salesforce, AMS, SQL databases, and external partners, including carriers, TPAs, and financial systems.
  • Business Intelligence: Develop and manage reporting frameworks and dashboards to support executive decision-making.
  • Governance & Scalability: Establish data governance standards and identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through automation.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 5-10+ years in systems architecture, CRM/AMS management, or equivalent roles.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce architecture, including data models, workflows, and integrations.
  • Industry Systems: Experience working with AMS platforms (Veruna/Amplo or similar insurance-specific systems).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Modern Tech Stack: Familiarity with AI and automation tools such as OpenAI, Zapier, and Power Automate.
  • Core Competencies: Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority projects.
  • Experience within a multi-line insurance brokerage environment (F&I, P&C, EB).
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale system transformations or automation initiatives.
  • Understanding of complex financial models, such as reinsurance structures or dealer programs.
  • Experience with the Monday.com project management system.
