Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob Description

The warehouse worker supports e-commerce operations by safely and efficiently moving merchandise throughout the distribution center using material handling equipment. This role focuses on receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and loading products to ensure that all items are handled with care and are in excellent condition for customers. The position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, and the ability to work a second-shift schedule with open availability.

Responsibilities
  • Operate warehouse equipment to move product throughout the distribution center in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Unload merchandise from inbound trucks and process receipts accurately.
  • Stock received merchandise into designated warehouse locations according to established procedures.
  • Locate specified products and process customer orders by moving merchandise to the loading dock for outbound shipment.
  • Pack smaller products into larger containers or cartons to prepare them for shipment to stores and other locations.
  • Load merchandise onto outbound trucks for delivery to company locations.
  • Move merchandise to designated warehouse locations while maintaining proper organization and flow.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety and housekeeping guidelines.
  • Accurately complete and process required paperwork and documentation related to inventory, orders, and shipments.
  • Follow all distribution center policies, procedures, and productivity standards during the shift.

Work involves regular loading and unloading of trucks, moving merchandise to designated locations, and using warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts where certified.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.20 - $22.20/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
