Job description

About Us

Leakproof Piping System Inc. is a joint venture established by Li Jie Industrial Co., Ltd. and another Taiwan-based engineering company. With over 20 years of experience in Taiwan, Li Jie Industrial specializes in pipeline system installation and maintenance, as well as engineering plastic materials. Together with its partner, the company has worked on high-profile projects for global leaders such as TSMC, Micron, and AUO.

Building on a strong track record in Asia, the two founding companies have expanded into the United States to offer high-performance, leakproof piping solutions. Our goal is to provide U.S. clients with the same level of technical excellence, reliability, and customer satisfaction that has earned us a solid reputation in the Asian market.

As we establish our presence in the U.S., we are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey of growth and innovation.

  • Work collaboratively with other internal teams to reconcile company accounts, labor-related costs, and project-related financial records
  • Review and reconcile accounting entries, account balances, and periodic financial reports prepared by external parties
  • Support compliance reporting requirements, including DBA compliance, certified payroll reporting (records only), and client-mandated compliance platforms
  • Manage and maintain compliance systems such as LCPtracker, OCIP systems, and other required third-party platforms
  • Assist with audit, review, and information requests from accounting firms, auditors, or regulatory agencies
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, financial reports, and audit documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across the organization
