Read This Before You Apply

This is not an easy job. We're upfront about that because we'd rather you know now than quit in week two because it was more than you expected.

This is a performance-based role — how much you earn depends on how well you perform.

You will:

  • Deliver 200–300+ packages per day
  • Get in and out of the van 200+ times daily
  • Walk 15,000–20,000 steps in all weather conditions
  • Lift packages up to 50–60 lbs repeatedly

Most drivers say the first three weeks are the hardest work they've ever done.

After that? Your body adapts. The route clicks. And you're earning solid money doing independent work.

No cubicle. No micromanagement. Just you, your van, and your route.
