What we are looking for
We are seeking a Engagement Lead – Analytics to join our team. You are someone with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, in-depth knowledge of datasets such as LAAD, DDD, XPO, etc., and a passion for working with complex data to solve real-world business challenges. In this role, you will help clients drive performance, manage risk, and develop practical, data-driven strategies that deliver measurable impact.
What you will do
  • Leveraging data and emerging technologies: Build advanced analytics tools using Tableau, SAS, R, Alteryx, etc., to solve complex problems in healthcare and pharma.
  • Driving strategic client partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, delivering innovative, high impact solutions that unlock growth for clients and ProcDNA.
  • Structuring and modeling data: Analyze complex datasets, implement statistical models, and design BI tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Leading and mentoring teams: Guide team leads, streamline recurring tasks, and ensure smooth execution and capability development.
  • Building internal capabilities: Contribute to internal initiatives and ideate new offerings that enhance team and company growth beyond client work.
Must Have
  • 5–7 years of experience in healthcare/pharma consulting, with at least 3+ years in the U.S. market.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, with strong academic performance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects for various stakeholders with a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and collaborative—able to clearly articulate results and issues to internal and client teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a creative and analytical environment.
  • Experience in areas such as IC, Ops, Design, Implementation, Goal Setting, Sales Crediting, Eligibility, Contests, Awards, Targeting, Call Planning, Sizing, Alignment, and Segmentation
