We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bank Center Manager to lead the overall performance, operations, and customer experience of our branch. As a Bank Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational standards, and fostering a culture centered on exceptional customer service. You will serve as a trusted resource for customers while coaching and empowering your team to excel in the customer experience.


This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational excellence with business developmentโ€”guiding staff, strengthening community relationships, and delivering an outstanding banking experience that supports both individual and branch success.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Champion a high standard of customer service by actively listening to customersโ€™ needs and recommending tailored solutions.

2. Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the activities of frontline staff engaged in sales and service delivery.

3. Oversee branch facilities, collaborating with market leaders, marketing, and compliance teams to maintain branding and regulatory standards.

4. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, and address branch operational needs as assigned.

5. Ensure strict adherence to operational controls, policies, and procedures.

6. Partner with Human Resources to assess staffing needs, conduct recruitment, and manage staff onboarding and terminations.

7. Manage and schedule staff, assign duties, and foster a collaborative, performance-driven environment.

8. Evaluate direct reports, including Assistant Bank Center Managers, by reviewing performance metrics, records, and reports, and conducting timely performance reviews.

9. Ensure Assistant Bank Center (ABC) Manager is fulfilling responsibilities (if no ABC Manager, ensures branch operational requirements are met, including RAP reports, Safe Box, alarm codes, etc.)

10. Welcome customers, build rapport, and identify individual financial needs.

11. Open new accounts, cross-sell products and services, and refer customers to relevant departments as appropriate.

12. Collaborate with market leaders to achieve targeted growth in deposits, loans, and customer base for the assigned branch.

13. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for both customers and prospects.

14. Consistently meet and exceed individual and branch performance goals and objectives.

15. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all bank products, services, and promotions.

16. Actively participate in branch marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

17. Coordinate and facilitate ongoing staff training and professional development activities.

18. Support teller operations and provide backup assistance on the teller line as needed.

19. Conduct outreach calls to existing portfolio customers and new prospects to drive business growth.

20. Partner with Business Bankers for joint customer meetings, offering a comprehensive suite of commercial and consumer banking solutions.

21. Uphold all compliance, security, and confidentiality standards as outlined in the bankโ€™s Information Security and Written Security Programs.

22. Maintain the branch Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) file and Business Continuity Plan.

23. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and internal policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.

24. Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.
