Job Summary
Join The Cornerstone Home Group, a trusted eXp Realty affiliate powered by PLACE, as a Real Estate Showing Assistant in Mason, USA. You will coordinate and conduct property tours while delivering knowledgeable, professional support throughout each client's home-buying journey.
Working alongside experienced real estate professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will help clients evaluate properties and find homes that meet their needs. If you are personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate, we invite you to become part of our dedicated team.
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
