Working Distributor Jobs in Cleveland, OH (NOW HIRING)

As a Distribution Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Operations and Production group within the Euclid Plant. You will work onsite and you will report to the Production and Distribution Manager. You will be an important member of our operations team, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. This is a Monday through Thursday 8am to 6:30pm shift.
 
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinates will-call activities and schedules outbound shipments
Assist with inbound receiving and outbound tank wagon
Enter, compile, and validate data to release production batches and labeling
Perform clerical production activities
Prepare basic correspondence, forms and other documents to complete shipments such as creating Bills of Lading, certificates of analysis
May help resolve basic operational problems (inventory) 
  
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience, preferably in an office or manufacturing setting 
Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel required, Oracle a plus
Good communication skills, including written communication
Must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
