Overview
Publicis Re:Sources is looking for a Senior Workfront fusion developer to join the rOar team. Our product, rOar, is Publicis Groupe's Project Management, Resource Management and Time Tracking tool. It is used by agencies that are on 'Altair', (Publicis Groupe's SAP implementation) and as such is integrated within the Groupe's Altair ecosystem. rOar v2.0 is being built upon Adobe's Workfront, a leading enterprise PPM solution. The rOar team is responsible for configuring Workfront, building custom Saas solutions around it and integrating our solution with other systems.
Responsibilities
As an experienced Workfront functional consultant, your main responsibility would be to help us implement, configure, and customize the Workfront project management software based on specific business requirements. This would involve conducting analysis and gathering requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and providing training and support to end-users. You would also need to have a solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
  • Experience in working with large and complex clients is a must as we have a large applications ecosystem.
  • Overall experience: 5 to 8 years
  • Understanding of how APIs work.
  • Experience with working/administrating Workfront Fusion.
  • Creation of Scenarios/Templates/Connections/Webhooks/keys etc in Fusion.
  • Should have rich working experience in "Project & Portfolio Management" domain as a Business Analyst/ Consultant, with a good understanding of Project lifecycle, Project Planning, Resource Management, Estimation & Pricing, Project Forecast & Billing, etc.
  • Should have in-depth implementation and rollout knowledge and experience working with Adobe Workfront PPM application.
  • Should have solid experience working with business teams gathering requirements and designing the best-fit IT solutions.
  • MUST have excellent communication skills and experience interacting with business/client teams across multiple geographies.
  • Should have experience working on large Enterprise applications ecosystems and understanding of IT systems landscape.
