You will design visually compelling recruiting collateral and digital materials, including employee testimonials and success stories, that highlight RME's culture, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
You will develop and manage targeted social media campaigns across relevant platforms, leveraging engaging content, strategic hashtags, and paid advertising (e.g., LinkedIn) to reach key professional demographics.
You will conduct training sessions and provide resources (talking points, FAQs, examples) to equip leaders with the tools to effectively communicate the EVP during interviews, team meetings, and candidate interactions.
You will establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness, use analytics tools to track campaign performance, and continuously refine strategies based on data, feedback, and evolving market trends.
A day in the life
The Careers Marketing Business Developer plays a critical role in shaping and amplifying RME's employer brand. In this position, you will define and activate RME's Employee Value Proposition (EVP), develop compelling recruiting collateral, and lead strategic social media campaigns to attract top talent

You will partner closely with leaders across the organization to ensure consistent, authentic messaging that sets RME apart in a competitive talent market.
About the team
