Job Description

Tiedemann Advisors is looking for an Analyst to join our Operations Team. The Analyst will be responsible for processing accurately and timely our core back office operational functions while partnering with internal colleagues to support the Firm's clients. The Analyst will also identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures as the firm continues to grow.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Firm's custodians and internal Client Service and Operations Teams to execute requests with appropriate urgency and accuracy
  • Focus on continually improving operational efficiencies and controls
  • Processing and reconciliation of cashiering requests
  • Communication and processing with external fund managers
  • Processing and reconciliation of directed trading
  • Process high volumes and execute against operational queues with high degree of accuracy
  • Efficiently and clearly communicate with management to provide relevant updates and escalate items as appropriate
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years' experience within financial services
  • Experience within an operations role or office environment a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, be exceptionally organized, and have extreme attention to detail
  • Desire to work within a collaborative, fast paced team environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a heavy emphasis on Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and PowerPoint
