Job Description:
Seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier I and II technical support for the myColorado mobile application and portal. The role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and ensuring effective communication during service outages. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier I and II support for IT services related to myColorado.
- Troubleshoot and resolve login, connectivity, and software issues on iOS and Android.
- Create and manage tickets accurately in the ticketing system.
- Communicate effectively with users regarding ticket status and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
