Location: CareerSource Broward Centers (Onsite – Regional Travel Required)
Salary: $43,400 Annually
Employment Type: Full-Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Position Summary

Integrative Staffing Group (ISG) is seeking a dynamic WTP Regional Job Club Facilitator to provide workforce readiness training, facilitate Job Club workshops, and deliver career coaching to participants in the Welfare Transition Program (WTP). This position requires onsite work and travel between CareerSource Broward locations.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Job Club and workforce readiness workshops.
  • Provide individual and group career coaching.
  • Assist customers in overcoming barriers to employment.
  • Connect customers with community resources and supportive services.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and participant records.
  • Coordinate with Employer Services to support job placement efforts.
  • Enter customer information into workforce databases.
  • Monitor participant progress and program outcomes.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in workforce development, work readiness training, career coaching, or case management.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce databases.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
