Position Summary
This is a part-time teaching position with responsibility for planning, preparation, and presentation of quality instruction and for otherwise contributing to the fulfillment of the College's mission. This position reports to the Director of Workforce Education.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide instruction in the appropriate teaching environment and evaluate student learning.
2. Responsible for class preparation.
3. May participate in curriculum development and evaluation.
4. Provide academic advising to students.
Qualifications
1. Possess a specific knowledge base in the subject area and be approved by the Director of Workforce Education
2. Current state of Alabama license or credentials required (if applicable)
3. Experience in field
4. Ability to maintain rapport with colleagues and students and to conduct oneself with a high level of professionalism

Compensation is based on 19 hours per week. If not indicated, the hourly rate will be determined by the supervisor.
