  • Support release management, testing standards, data audits, and ongoing system improvements.
  • Ensure workforce data is accurate, consistent, appropriately governed, and aligned with privacy and confidentiality standards.

  • 2-4 years of Workday or HRIS experience.
  • Hands-on Workday configuration experience across one or more Workday modules.
  • Experience with Workday Business Process Framework, security, eligibility rules, notifications, and workflow optimization.
  • Advanced Workday reporting knowledge, including calculated fields, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Foundational understanding of integrations, EIBs, data audits, and system impacts.
  • Understanding of Workday release management, testing standards, and system governance best practices.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder needs into practical system designs while explaining trade-offs, constraints, and implications.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including hire, movement, compensation, absence, and separation.
  • Ability to design solutions that support usability, adoption, teammate experience, and operational feasibility.
  • Strong communication, consultation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and how they can support HR systems, workforce operations, and enterprise scalability.
