Position Summary:
  • Lead IT service management for radiology operations, ensuring reliable performance of integrations between hospitals, imaging centers, and remote reading environments to support patient care.
  • Serve as the primary technical partner for practice directors, clients, and radiologists by building relationships, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing escalations through resolution.
  • Analyze system performance, maintain practice databases, identify recurring issues, and provide data-driven reporting, root cause analysis, and performance insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement through workflow optimization, performance improvement plans, system upgrades, equipment deployments, onboarding activities, and collaboration with IT and innovation teams.
  • Support and train end users on radiology reading stations, represent IT in client meetings and reviews, and travel up to 75% (including occasional overnight trips) to support operational and technical needs.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Strong expertise in IT service management, technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and supporting complex radiology-focused IT environments.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate stakeholder needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive, with a proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and solve problems independently or collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of diverse IT experience, client-facing consulting/support experience, and a track record of resolving complex technical issues preferred
  • Experience in system integrations, workflow optimization, and relevant technical certifications or advanced training preferred
