Job description

Clinic Social Worker – LPC, LCSW or LMFT (LICENSURE REQUIRED)
Join RKM and make a difference in the community by providing behavioral health services in a clinical setting.  Since 1999, our mission is to provide open access to quality patient centered healthcare in the communities in which we live. RKM Primary Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 11 clinics in 5 parishes.

Job Overview: Our sites qualify for the National Health Service Corps loan repayment program (individual qualifications apply).

Position Requirements:
  • LPC, LCSW or LMFT licensure to practice in Louisiana, REQUIRED.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Required.
  • Prefer 2 years of experience providing therapy for all age groups.

Job Duties:
  • Psycho-Social Assessments.
  • Treatment Plans.
  • Therapy/Counseling.
  • Risk Assessments.
  • Referrals.
  • Documentation.
  • Emergency Patients.
  • Performance Improvement.

Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday
Company Benefits: Health, dental, vision and voluntary supplemental policies, Up to 5% match in 403b retirement plan, paid vacation and sick time.

Starting Salary Range: $56,780 - $76,940 per year; up to 3% annual increases.
