Our Sales department is looking for experienced automotive sales professionals who naturally has a positive attitude and who is high energy that want to make an immediate impact on our Automotive Sales department. Responsibilities

  • Greet and guide customer as they approach the dealership to proceed into the sales process
  • Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features
  • Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
  • Continuous follow up with clients
  • Keeping up with training and certification 
  • Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management
  • Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales
  • Build strong rapport with customers
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicles.
  • Must be a team player and assist management with whatever might be asked of you. 
  • Must be punctual and on time every shift. 

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Automotive Sales experience but we can train with the right selling experience 
  • Proven sales track record
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
  • Quality customer service skills and sales track record
  • Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
  • Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
  • Stay positive
  • Holding yourself accountable and having a "No Excuses" attitude. 
  • Being a team player
  • Self motivated
  • Responsible and punctual
  • Goal oriented 
  • Must be coachable and open mined.
