• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing technology, maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Employ solution-focused therapy techniques to guide clients through their mental health challenges and improve their coping strategies.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and experiences of each client, based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Facilitate client self-awareness and insights regarding their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, helping them foster personal growth.
• Monitor client progression throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress succinctly while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Your primary focus will be on supporting stable, low-acuity adults who are experiencing a range of mental health concerns. These clients often seek guidance for life transitions, stress management, relationship issues, and mild to moderate anxiety and depression. By addressing their needs effectively, you will contribute significantly to enhancing their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice independently in Illinois as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Applicants must have no disciplinary actions filed against their licenses and should hold no limited or provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated empathetic approach to client care.
• Proficiency in technology, ensuring comfort with telehealth platforms and documentation software.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of and experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, particularly solution-focused techniques.
• A proven ability to manage a caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.

We are proud to offer our therapists a competitive compensation package that includes a sign-on bonus, a salary range between $90,000 and $104,000 based on hours worked, and a monthly healthcare stipend for those working full-time. Additionally, compensation includes weekly direct deposits, ensuring a reliable income stream.
