Job Overview
Impact Advisors is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Workday Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. In this role your expertise in healthcare operations will fuel transformational change for our clients. You will be a part of a team that is passionate about driving process improvements and cost savings through innovative solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop solutions, and implement Workday's cutting-edge supply chain management software.
Responsibilities
  • Be a catalyst for change as you act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, providing expert advice on industry-leading supply chain best practices
  • Take the lead on client engagements, using your sharp analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and developing solutions that are tailored to their needs
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, design processes, and configure the software to bring their supply chain operations to the next level
  • Conduct business process analysis that pushes the boundaries of what's possible, developing workflows and process maps that will drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Configure Workday Supply Chain Management modules based on the established design.
  • Be at the forefront of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards
  • Be the voice of innovation as you present solutions and best practices to clients, stakeholders and internal teams
  • Stay ahead of the curve by staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in healthcare supply chain management

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain operations within the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving change and making a difference
  • Workday certification preferred
  • Experience as a workstream lead for Workday Supply Chain Management implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain management processes and operations, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics
  • Knowledge of Workday Supply Chain Management or other related supply chain software
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills that set you apart from the crowd
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will be challenged to bring your A-game every day
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field or equivalent work experience

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $90,650-$200,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
