  • Job Summary
    The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing recruiting support to multiple assigned markets as needed. Following Caliber's recruiting process/system and legal requirements, the position will network, source and screen applicants for a variety of individual contributor market/center level positions, as well as coordinate the hiring and selection process.
    Role and Responsibilities
    • Develops and Executes Strategic Recruiting Plans:
    • Communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding KPI alignment and achievement, recruitment process updates and changes, and internal customer alignment.
    • Receives direction from Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategy, providing recommendations, and understanding recruiting needs. Provides regular updates.
    • With some supervision and direction, researches, recommends and uses established and new sources for active and passive candidates.
    • Posts open positions internally and on approved job boards.
    • Reviews resumes/applications and pre-screens candidates, referring qualified candidates on to hiring managers. Tracks progress of candidates in process & handles administrative details.
    • Manages the offer process to ensure consistency, compliance with Caliber's policy & practice, and a high rate of acceptance.
    • Provide a clear handoff to HR Administrative Team to enable effective and consistent onboarding process.
    • Maintain candidate data in ATS, utilize current metrics, and compile related reports.

    Networking for Applicant Generation:
    • Promotes and expands the teammate referral and alumni referral networks.
    • Working with operations and business development leaders, builds professional networks to help surface passive candidates.
    • With some direction and support, leverages a variety of sourcing tools and strategies (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, social media and hiring events) to provide a high caliber slate of candidates.
    • With support, works with internal and external partners to form and maintain "competitive intelligence" on competitors within the market and follows Caliber's guidelines on recruiting from competition.

    General:
    • Performs other duties as required.
    • Performs regular, in-market travel with occasional out of market travel.

    Requirements, Skills & Knowledge
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills
    • 0-2years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
    • Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems preferred, Workday and Phenom highly preferred
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • High volume recruiting experience preferred
    • Familiar with a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
    • Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
    • Effective written and verbal l communication/interaction skills
    • Must have strong organizational skills
