Key Responsibilities May Include
Performing warehouse, production, or general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, cleaning, packing, or assembly
  • Operating equipment or machinery when trained and authorized
  • Following safety rules, company policies, and client site guidelines
  • Reporting to assigned supervisors or crew leads
  • Working at different sites, shifts, or assignments as business needs change
Basic Qualifications
  • Ability to perform physical work in warehouse, industrial, or outdoor environments

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work assigned shifts, locations, and duties

Compensation

Workbridge offers good‑faith hourly pay ranges based on role, experience, shift, location, and client requirements. Actual pay will be determined at the time of placement.

Typical hourly ranges may include:

  • General Labor / Warehouse Roles: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
  • Forklift Operator / Equipment Roles: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
  • Maintenance or Specialized Roles: $18.00 – $20.00+ per hour
  • Lead or Supervisor Roles: $20.00+ per hour, depending on assignment

Pay rates may vary based on shift differentials, site requirements, and applicable experience.
