What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Current ServSafe certification or ability to meet applicable state, county, and local food-handling requirements
- A competitive, team-first mindset with a passion for sportsmanship, hustle, spontaneity, community, and fun
- A commitment to delivering best-in-class hospitality, fast and accurate service, and a clean, welcoming restaurant
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts

What You'll Do
- Lead and support team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Ensure the restaurant is appropriately staffed and prepared for each shift
- Maintain high standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Help recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
- Manage daily restaurant operations efficiently and effectively
- Monitor food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable laws, regulations, and food-handling requirements
- Create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy workplace where team members can succeed
- Address operational challenges quickly and professionally
- Help drive restaurant performance and uphold Buffalo Wild Wings GO brand standards
