Work Environment

This position operates in a fully remote setting, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients across Gilbert, Arizona, and beyond. Our organization values flexibility, allowing therapists to manage their schedules effectively while ensuring that client needs are met. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to adapt to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to assist clients in overcoming their challenges.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to deliver cohesive and effective client care.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.
• Provide education and ongoing support for patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and available resources.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to enhance therapeutic practices and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population is diverse, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related issues, and other mental health concerns. By employing a strengths-based approach and evidence-based methodologies, you will work to create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is strongly preferred.
• Active and valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, allowing for tailored treatment approaches that address the individual needs of clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, with a commitment to delivering evidence-based and client-centered care.
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in a team-based environment that values diverse perspectives and expertise.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is preferred, but not required. Familiarity with telehealth technology and techniques is advantageous.
• Experience with a range of therapeutic modalities and specific interventions relevant to anxiety, trauma, and depression.
• Prior involvement in multidisciplinary teams contributing to comprehensive client care.

• Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
