The Opportunity

VitalSync Wellness is seeking motivated, compassionate, and growth-oriented Wellness Consultants to join our expanding team.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about health and wellness and enjoy educating, encouraging, and building meaningful relationships with others.

As a Wellness Consultant, you will help clients identify wellness goals, learn about nutritional and lifestyle solutions, utilize innovative wellness resources and technology, and develop realistic strategies for supporting their overall well-being.

This is a non-clinical wellness position. Wellness Consultants do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or replace the advice of licensed healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

As a Wellness Consultant, you may:

• Conduct wellness consultations and goal-setting conversations
• Educate clients about nutrition, healthy lifestyle practices, and wellness resources
• Help clients identify personal wellness priorities
• Introduce clients to VitalSync Wellness programs, cutting-edge technologies, assessments, and nutritional solutions
• Educate clients about foundational nutrition, metabolic wellness, gut health, sleep, stress management, healthy aging, and other wellness topics
• Help clients navigate available wellness solutions based on their individual goals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Follow up with clients regarding wellness goals, progress, and ongoing needs
• Participate in community outreach, wellness events, educational presentations, and networking opportunities
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, community engagement, and approved marketing activities
• Maintain professional communication and client follow-up
• Participate in ongoing wellness, technology, product, and professional-development education
• Represent VitalSync Wellness professionally and ethically

Preferred Background

Experience or education in health and wellness, nutrition, fitness, healthcare, therapeutic recreation, personal training, coaching, customer service, community outreach, education, sales, entrepreneurship, or business development is beneficial but not necessarily required.

Training and education related to VitalSync Wellness services, technology, systems, and wellness solutions will be provided.
