Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing support to the Office of Community Engagement and its staff. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: โ€ข Answering and forwarding phone calls, taking, and delivering messages โ€ข Assist with the planning and executing events and activities for Students, Faculty and Staff โ€ข Collaborate with individuals internally and externally from various community organizations. โ€ขAssist with formatting and drafting correspondence

Qualification and requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication. Candidate must have professional and organizational skills. Must have knowledge using Microsoft.
