Seth Walizer State Farm is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people, solving problems, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
While this is primarily a service-oriented role, we're looking for someone who understands that outstanding service naturally leads to stronger customer relationships. Licensing Requirements
This is a licensing-contingent position.
  • Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start date.
  • Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • We provide full licensing support, study materials, coaching, and guidance throughout the licensing process.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
  • Answer customer questions regarding policies, billing, claims, and coverage.
  • Assist with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and account updates.
  • Guide customers through the claims process and provide timely follow-up.
  • Conduct policy reviews to help ensure customers have the coverage that best fits their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen customers' protection by naturally transitioning service conversations into in-book sales.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Work closely with agency team members to deliver a seamless, customer-first experience.
