We're looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. If you're passionate about complex machining, tight tolerances, and creating components that go into aircraft, defense systems, and space programs of the future, you'll feel right at home.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills to produce precision sheet metal components and finished goods
  • Load tools, set offsets, verify programs, and produce quality parts
  • Read and interpret complex drawings, models, and GD&T requirements
  • Make on-machine edits to improve quality, efficiency, and tool life in accordance with our quality system
  • Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, CMM reports, and visual inspection
  • Work closely with Programming, Engineering, and Quality on process improvements
  • Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance
  • Follow quality system and safety rules
  • Stay productive by running multiple machines simultaneously
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you're proud to put your name on

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum of three years of CNC setup experience
  • Strong understanding of feeds/speeds, cutter paths, work holding, and tooling
  • Ability to hold and inspect tight aerospace tolerances (0.001" or better)
  • Experience with G-code editing and troubleshooting machining issues
  • Strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a safety-first mindset
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills

BONUS POINTS FOR:

  • Experience machining aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, Inconel, or other aerospace alloys
  • CAM experience, particularly Mastercam
  • Prototype or high-mix/low-volume machining experience
