Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate manual and conventional machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
  • Assist in the development of new machining processes and techniques to improve efficiency.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in machining is a plus.
