Job description

Federal Work Study (On-Campus) - Office Assistants

ECU Department of Mathematics is currently seeking several Office Assistants. The student workers for the Mathematics Department are the first ones to greet people that come into the Math Office. Student workers must be upbeat and personable. Our student workers responsibilities are:

  • To complete all copy requests that are given by instructors in a timely manner
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer the calls to the correct individual
  • Run errands for the admin staff, sort mail daily and assist the Math Admin Staff with basic office work

Hours for the student worker will depend on their school schedule and will not be any more than 25 hours a week. This is a Monday Friday position.

Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
