Description of Primary Duties
Provide IT support for the division of Community and Global Partnerships, including the office of Global Education and Engagement; assist with hardware, printing, network, and software setups; provide troubleshooting and diagnostic testing of offices, classrooms, and conference rooms; assist with troubleshooting devices in classrooms and conference rooms; provide facility support as required; other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Computer proficiency and familiarity with computer hardware, software, and general office equipment used in university offices; customer service skills; ability to multitask and handle multiple requests at once; attention to detail; organization, punctuality and reliability; must be able to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds and other cultures.

Additional Qualifications
Experience with website development preferred; experience with social media marketing preferred.
