Auto Works Collision and Paint is a trusted local collision repair and auto paint shop, dedicated to quality service and customer care. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations and help keep the shop running smoothly. Automotive or Estimating experience a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet customers and provide basic information or assistance
  • Perform general computer work including data entry, updating records, and preparing documents
  • Organize, file, and maintain physical and electronic records
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, invoices, and other paperwork
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace stays organized
