Job Summary:
Would you enjoy talking to prospective students and sharing with them, the positive experiences you have had as a student at Kalamazoo Valley Community College? If so, the Recruitment & Outreach Department is looking for ambitious students to serve as Student Ambassadors. If you are looking to gain leadership skills within the campus and the local community through interactions with the public, this may be a great opportunity for you to pursue.
Student Ambassadors work directly with prospective students, family members, community members and professionals within Kalamazoo Valley. This role also works heavily with our social media outreach including participating in our "Student Takeovers" on Instagram, Facebook and other campaigns. Other assignments include campus tours, participating in select off-campus and on-campus events, completing group presentations, assisting with calling campaigns, data entry, and other outreach related activities. Student Ambassadors will also assist with office support activities and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be currently enrolled at Kalamazoo Valley Community College.
