We are hiring a skilled Shipping Clerk professional to join our talented team.

Responsibilities

  • Organize finished goods and prepare them for shipment direct to a customer or for transfer to company warehouse.
  • Accurately prepare shipping documentation following customer-specific shipping requirements.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external shippers to coordinate timely shipments according to shipping requests.
  • Work with members of the shipping team to see that all requests are handled promptly, and goods are shipped on time and/or stored properly.

Qualifications

  • Experience using a forklift is strongly preferred
  • Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
  • Ability to communicate well and work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain a high level of activity for prolonged periods and working primarily while standing
  • Strong organizational/communication skills
