Job description

Route Developer

The Route Developer is responsible for marketing, promoting, and profitably selling Ari Zona Beverages to customers. We are looking for candidates in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Essential Functions
  • Ensure all products are made available to every account within his/her territory.
  • All accounts must be offered, all promotions made available by Ari Zona Beverages.
  • Ensure all orders are entered into the iPad at location to utilize prior history for accuracy of customer needs.
  • Must supply the company with a complete list of all potential customers in his/her territory.
  • Actively solicit every potential customer in his/her territory on a weekly basis when working that assigned route day.
  • Ensure all retail accounts are merchandised & packed-out to the company standards. Place POS banners, displays, where applicable and cooler resets for the purpose of expanding our distribution.
  • Ensure all Master Data (Route List) is updated and maintained weekly for name, address, owner's name, beer license # and expiration date, as well as in proper sequence order for service.
  • Can only service customer in his/her assigned geographic territory.
  • All Ari Zona identified racks, glide trays and refrigerators are for the exclusive use of our products. Any non-exclusive situations should be corrected and reported to management for assistance.
  • Must attend all company requested meetings.
  • All new accounts requiring an account number must be called in from the trade.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Two to five years of relevant sales and industry experience
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
