HopSkipDrive Opportunity Rider Assistant โ€” No Driving Needed, Flexible Schedule, Competitive Pay Ride along, support students, and earn on a schedule that works for you โ€” no car or driving required. Position Overview:

We partnered with HopSkipDrive to find compassionate Rider Assistants to accompany students with special needs during their rides in your area. You don't drive โ€” a separate HopSkipDrive CareDriver handles the driving. Your role is to ride alongside the student, providing comfort, behavioral support, and communication between the family, the driver, and the school, helping them arrive safely and calmly. It's flexible, meaningful work, and you choose the rides that fit your schedule. If you have caregiving experience and enjoy working with kids, this is a great way to earn while making a real difference.

Requirements:

This role is a great fit for caregivers, educators, and support professionals โ€” people who already have experience working with children.

  • Caregiving experience with children is required
