Job description

BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

Analyze and resolve Kubota dealership parts and whole goods inquiries and ensure dealer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

 

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:  This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:

  • Accurately and efficiently expedite orders for delivery.

Route and process parts and whole goods received for inventory to ensure that parts and equipment are stocked in an orderly and concise manner.Maintain inventory within warehouse to ensure order and efficiency.Audit and verify current inventory to ensure appropriate quantities of stock.Load various carriers of Kubota parts and equipment.Ship items out using FedEx computer. General housekeeping to keep warehouse as clean as possible. Mid-year & year-end inventory.Additional duties as required.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar environment and role preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP, Windows-based programs and operating systems preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Ability to build and maintain a positive rapport and working relationship with dealers, department manager, office and warehouse employees as well as interdivision colleagues.  Must have the ability to support the smooth operation of the department remaining tactful and professional with dealers, customers and peers in stressful situations.
  • Ability to synthesize information and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Experience with or ability to learn farm/mechanical/industrial/mechanical equipment applications and their uses.
  • Experience with engines, parts and functions.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
