Job description

Associated Wholesale Grocers, Inc. Warehouse Order Selector:

$23.99 per hour

Plus Opportunity For Weekly Incentives Up To 50% More Per Hour

First Retention Bonus: $500 / Must attend all scheduled days of work for 30 days from hire date and meet required production goals at the completion of the 30-day period.

Second Bonus: $1500 / Must maintain excellent attendance throughout a 90-day period and consistently meet required production goals at time of reaching 90 days.

** Full Time/Union Membership offer in as little as 5 weeks if you qualify. Offer is based on performance in meeting our minimum production standard. Full Time employment includes a progressive pay structure up to $30.59/hr., company paid pension, paid time off (PTO) opportunities and an excellent company paid health benefits package.**

What You'll Do:

  • Manual case selection using Vo-collect headset and double pallet jack
  • Take orders to loading dock for shipment
  • Shift starts at 11:00am and goes until the work is complete

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Must be 18 or older and able to work weekends
  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 50lbs and occasionally lift up to 90lbs
  • Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures (from room temp to -10)
