Job description

We're currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for solo OR mentor opportunities based within 90 miles of Brook Park, OH.

If you're looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, and no-touch freight, we'd love to speak with you. Drivers can choose to run solo or become a mentor to enhance their pay.

Position Highlights

We're looking for Driver Trainers (Mentors) to work with new drivers while continuing to earn strong miles and competitive pay.

What You'll Do

As a Driver Trainer, you'll work one-on-one with student drivers as they complete their required over-the-road training. Trainers receive priority dispatch and have access to additional pay opportunities while helping new drivers build safe driving habits.

Schedule
  • Typically out 11 days
    • 1 day observation
    • 10 qualifying training days
  • Many trainers choose to take home time or run solo between trainees
  • Priority miles available throughout training assignments
Pay
  • Starting at $0.70 CPM, based on experience
