We're currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for solo OR mentor opportunities based within 90 miles of Brook Park, OH.
If you're looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, and no-touch freight, we'd love to speak with you. Drivers can choose to run solo or become a mentor to enhance their pay.
Position HighlightsAre you an experienced CDL-A driver who enjoys helping others succeed?
We're looking for Driver Trainers (Mentors) to work with new drivers while continuing to earn strong miles and competitive pay.
What You'll DoAs a Driver Trainer, you'll work one-on-one with student drivers as they complete their required over-the-road training. Trainers receive priority dispatch and have access to additional pay opportunities while helping new drivers build safe driving habits.
ScheduleNew CDL graduates are encouraged to apply! We offer paid training, including over-the-road training with an experienced mentor, to help you build your experience and confidence. Drivers new to the industry will start at $0.35 CPM during training and until they reach 3 months of experience. Once 3 months of experience has been completed, drivers will be eligible for an upgrade to our standard solo pay starting at $0.70 CPM
