Job description

Our HVAC technicians install, service, and diagnose a wide range of HVAC equipment for commercial and industrial applications. Nason is a pro work/life balance company. This position allows for you to be home in the evenings with a reasonable on-call rotation schedule.
Responsibilities
*Work effectively with dispatch to manage daily work load electronically via company paid phone.
*Communicate with customers in a professional & congenial manner.
*Troubleshoot HVAC equipment including but not limited to; split heat pumps, commercial RTU's, chillers, walk-in coolers, ice machines & air handlers.
*Work cohesively with a team on large projects
*Be willing to assist new employees when applicable
*Communicate information to project manager or department head for accurate quoting & repairs
Qualifications
*5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician
*ME Propane/Natural Gas license with service endorsements, EPA refrigeration
*Valid ME driver's license
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Willing to expand technical knowledge to meet industry standards
*Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and problem solve equipment
