As a Major Case Unit Claim Adjuster, you will provide quality, cost efficient, and timely investigation of the company’s highest level, complex claims. Experience handling bodily injury claims in Florida, Texas and Georgia is needed.  The position requires expertise in areas such as coverage analysis, jurisdictional diversity issues, litigation management, and extra expense work on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Develop litigation/file disposition strategy and attend mediations, settlement conferences and trials. This role is hybrid at our Sarasota FL, office or one of our regional/field locations (Lawrenceville, GA; Lake Mary, FL; Carmel, IN; Richmond, VA and Richardson, TX) or can be remote within FCCI territory.

The salary range for this position is $91,390-$140,738 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
