Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician. This role involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the hotel is safe, clean, and functional for guests and staff.

Compensation: $22-$27/hr

  • The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall maintenance operations of the hotel to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for both guests and team members. This role requires a hands-on leader with hotel experience who can assist with daily maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, and team coordination while upholding Embassy Suites and Hilton brand standards.ย 

    Key Responsibilitiesย 

    Support the maintenance department in overseeing daily maintenance operationsย 

    Perform hands-on repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenanceย 

    Assist with preventive maintenance programs and timely completion of work orders Ensure prompt response to guest maintenance requests and service recovery needs Maintain compliance with safety standards, brand requirements, and local regulationsย 

    Utilize hotel systems and tools such as PEP, Kipsu, Slack, and Monday.com to track work orders and communicationย 

    Assist with training, coaching, and supervising maintenance team members as needed Coordinate with other departments to minimize guest impact during repairs and projectsย 

    Qualificationsย 

    Hotel supervisory maintenance experience requiredย 

    Open availability (morning, afternoon, and overnight if needed)ย 

    Must be able to work weekends and holidaysย 

    PEP experience preferred, or willingness to learn

    Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferredย 

    Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced hotel environment Hands-on, solution-driven, and guest-focused mindset Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
