Now Hiring – Cell Phone Repair Technician
CPR Cell Phone Repair is currently seeking an experienced and dependable Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team.
We are looking for individuals who are technically skilled, customer-focused, and capable of independently operating within a retail repair environment.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of professional cell phone repair experience
• Strong knowledge of smartphone and tablet diagnostics and repairs
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily store operations
• Sales-oriented mindset with attention to customer experience
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair smartphones and tablets
• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Recommend and sell accessories and devices
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organization
• Encourage and obtain customer reviews
• Keep the store clean, organized, and operating efficiently
• Deliver high-quality service while meeting performance expectations
