Job description

CPA firm in Bucks County with a niche practice seeks a seasoned Bookkeeper or Assistant Controller level person to add to our staff. Requirements include:

·        Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks

·        General knowledge of accounting concepts. You will be responsible for the monthly close process and subsequent reporting for clients                      assigned to you.

·        Payroll processing with third party payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, etc)

·        AR/AP, Sales tax, etides and other online tax portals

·        Must be proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel at the mid to advanced level.

·        Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, working on deadlines, working independently and be detail oriented.

·        Excellent communication skills as you will have direct client responsibility

         Independent thinker who can solve problems and take direct client responsibility
