Essential Care Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. This full-time position allows you to provide telehealth services to clients from the comfort of your home while making a real difference in their mental health journey. With a salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, this role offers competitive compensation based on your qualifications and experience.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home within Oregon with flexibility in your schedule. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic care through engaging weekly video sessions with individual adult clients, ensuring a dignified and empathetic approach.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that support holistic client well-being.
  • Utilize automated tools for symptom assessment and functional improvement tracking, which aids in modifying treatment plans based on real-time client feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
