The position also involves handling outbound communication, explaining products and promotional offers, and supporting basic sales-related conversations when required. It is well-suited for individuals who are confident communicators and enjoy engaging with people. You will work in a structured support environment with training provided to help you succeed in your role. The job operates in rotational shifts and offers the flexibility of working remotely from home while being part of a professional, customer-focused team.

Accountabilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist customers with queries, information requests, and support needs
