You will meet virtually with clients who have already requested information-no cold calling or door-to-door outreach is required.

Responsibilities
As a Remote Client Support Specialist, you will:
  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with clients nationwide

  • Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate, organized digital records and follow-up communication
