Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and underlying psychological challenges, using data from assessments and client feedback to tailor interventions.
  • Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to encourage client participation and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with team members including doctors, social workers, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing the overall treatment experience.
  • Educate clientsโ€™ families about the recovery process and ways to support their loved ones, fostering a network of support that extends beyond therapy sessions.

Qualifications
  • A valid mental health license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD is required.
