Job description

As a Sales Representative you will drive the sales efforts of our new cloud healthcare products. You will engage in outbound + inbound focused sales and marketing efforts to potential clients. You develop and manage your own sales pipeline, appointments, and contract negotiations. Leads are provided by a variety of marketing efforts, existing client upgrades, and our lead development team.ย

Job Duties/Responsibilities:ย 
  • Fielding inbound + Outbound calls.
  • Initiating contact with leads via phone call and email to qualify, present our product, and close a sale.ย 
  • Managing the sales process from lead to close.
  • Continuously updating and maintaining prospects for pipeline management, daily activity and forecast data in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Identifying, qualifying & maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Negotiating contractsย 
  • Executing Consensus' sales methodology to investigate and identify customersโ€™ needs and determine solutions.
  • Achieving monthly sales quotas.

Qualifications:ย 
  • (Required) Minimum of three years sales experience
  • Salesforce experience andย or comparable CRMย 
  • Knowledge and experience with Excel.
  • Experience with Zoom or comparable video calls platform.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport quickly by phone or email.
  • You must be competitive, organized, self-motivated and have a desire for career advancement.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand all aspects of new products, technologies, and offerings.
  • Experience delivering web presentations to individuals as well as groups at the management and executive level.

Rate:

Hourly position of $15.00 with opportunityย of commission.

Schedule:

Set Scheduleย for Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm PST and 10am-6:30pm EST.ย 

There will be one week of initial paid training with the sameย schedule.
